Fields of Application

The product is suitable for disinfecting surfaces and medical devices. As a long-established product, it is used in all hospital areas and can be combined with schülke s&m cleaning additive and schülke s&m care additive. As this product contains cationic active ingredients, the combination with cleaning agents, cleaning additives or wipe care products can affect the microbiological effectiveness and cause problems during application. schülke should therefore be consulted before attempting mixing the products.

Product Profile

terralin® protect is a large powerful area cleaner and disinfectant, ideal for use on all surfaces including metal, plastic rubber materials and perspex.

Instructions for use

Prepare the working solution in the desired concentration. Wet clean surfaces, e.g. floors and other wipeable surfaces. Ensure complete wetting of the surfaces. Ensure that all visible dirt is removed before disinfection. Allows dosing via centralized and decentralized dosing devices. schülke dosing aids can be used for dosing. After completing the work, dispose of the working solution and clean the equipment thoroughly with water. Depending on the type of floor, additional care may be useful. For professional use only. Any serious incidents related to the product are to be reported to the manufacturer and competent authority. Not for final disinfection of semicritical and critical medical devices!

Routine surface disinfection
For Hospital wards & corridors apply terralin protect at 0.5 % dilution
To get 0.5 % solution, add 5 ml of terralin protect to 995 ml of water
Critical surface disinfection
For OTs, ICU, NICU apply terralin protect at 2 % dilution
To get 2 %, add 20 ml of terralin protect to 980 Ml of water
