Fields of Application

thermosept® alka clean forte is particulaly suitable for the treatment of surgical and microsurgical instruments, MIC instruments, rigid endoscopes, anaesthetic accessories and containers.
thermosept® alka clean forte is suitable for use in tunnel washers and individual machines.

Instructions for use

  • It is recommended that the water used for cleaning and the following program steps be at least softened and ideally demineralised (as for thermal disinfection).
  • Other individually customisable program operations are available for the treatment of eye instruments or for program variations.
  • thermosept® alka clean forte is suitable to be used for the cleaning step prior to thermal disinfection.
  • Use in combination with thermosept® NKZ to ensure optimal treatment result. Neutralisation is not essential if water of suitable quality is used (i.e. RO water).

thermosept® alka clean forte is used in the following proportions:
Standard recommendations: 0.5% (5ml/l).
Depending on level of soiling: 0.3 - 1% (3 - 10ml/l) may be used.
The product is diluted by the machine's dosing pumps.

Composition:
Labelling according to Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004: < 5 % nonionic surfactants, < 5 % anionic surfactants, < 5 % NTA and its salts, < 5 % polycarboxylates, enzymes.

Special advice

Do not mix concentrate or working solution with acids.
Keep container tightly closed. Protect from frost, heat and sunlight. Store at room temperature in the original container.
