Healthy through fall season! How do I protect myself from infection?

Autumn is here. For many, autumn is the most beautiful season of the year, when the sun makes the colorful canopy of leaves glow, you sit down in front of the fireplace with a hot cup of tea and make chestnut animals out of toothpicks with the kids. But autumn is also known for runny noses, cold teas and baths, and pathogens that give us a good cold year after year.
How can I protect myself from corona, influenza and co.?
