aspirmatic^® cleaner

During routine use of the suction unit organic and inorganic substances can be deposited, this can dry in the tubes causingcontamination and also present a risk of infection for the staffmembers when the filter is changed.
In order to avoid mechanical problems with the suction system and to ensure hygienic safety at the same time, aspirmatic^® cleaner should be used as follows:
5% is to be used once or twice a week instead of the midday disinfection for special cleaning. Prepare 2l ready-to-use solution in the aspirmatic^® system for each treatment unit. For this, stir 1,900 ml water and 100 ml concentrate. Suck approx. 1 1/2 litre through the suction tubes and pour the remaining 1/2 litre into the mouth rinsing basin.
Leave it for approx. 1 to 2 hours (e.g. during lunch break) so that existing impurities can be loosened. After the end of the contact time, suck water through in order to remove loosened impurities from the tubes. In case of heavy impurities or longer periods of standstill, aspirmatic^® cleaner 10% isused (1,800 ml water and 200 ml concentrate).
Important: aspirmatic^® cleaner should not be left overnight or over the weekend. aspirmatic^® system makes it easy and safe to mix up and later pour out the solution. The suction tubes can easily be placed on to the adapter. In case of high blood impurities, water shouldbe sucked through immediately after treatment.
