Instructions for use
Filling under hygienic conditions
First disinfect hands and wear new protective gloves and a gown. During the filling process, please ensure that the gloves are not contaminated by other activities. Open the lid of the wet wipe dispenser and insert the unpacked fleece roll. Pull the innermost wipe a little out of the middle of the role. Then add 2 litres of ready-to-use product or 3 litres of diluted-concentrate-solution once slowly in a spiral shape over the role (schülke wipes 40/ 70 = 1.5 litres). Only use the products and concentrations recommended by schülke for this purpose. (Please observe the respective product information.)
Pull the inmost wipe of the roll into the star-shaped dispensing opening of the lid and firmly place the lid onto the dispenser. After 30 minutes, the wipes are completely saturated and ready for use.
In the meantime, as for each refilling, record the product name, the selected concentration to be used, the exposure time and the filling time on the label, which is supplied with each fleece roll. Stick it onto the field provided. For medical products and surfaces that are sensitive to alcohol (e.g. pads, displays, acrylic glass, ultrasound transducers) we recommend you to soak the wipes in our mikrozid sensitive liquid.
Remove any visible dirt prior to disinfection. Wipe surfaces thoroughly with a soaked fleece wipe. Make sure to wet surfaces completely and keep them wet for the whole exposure time - do not use wipes that have dried out. The information provided by the manufacturer(s) of the disinfection product(s) used on reactions times, application concentrations, range of action and any specific instructions for use is to be heeded. The reusable schülke wipes are not suitable for use in risk areas. schülke wipes safe & easy bag-in-box/ schülke wipes safe & easy bagless are recommended in this instance. The disinfectant used should also be checked in relation to whether or not it is suitable to be used in risk areas.
Cleaning and disinfection
When using the saturated wipes, make sure the wiped surfaces are completely wetted, and that the dispensing opening is properly closed after each removal of a wipe, to prevent the wipes from drying up. For professional use only. Any serious incidents related to the product are to be reported to the manufacturer and competent authority. Not for final disinfection of semicritical and critical medical devices!
Refilling under hygienic conditions
The dispenser needs to be cleaned and disinfected before refilling it with a new fleece roll.

The expiry date for all schülke products is after 28 days, apart from terralin® PAA with 12 hours.
